Job Description:

1) Sales Revenue and Billing
- Revenue from new business
- Revenue from installations milestones achieved in time
- Revenue from existing customers
- % Revenue collected as advance
2) Order intake
- Total Order Intake v/s Targets Given ( must achieve minimum 60% of Target Achievement)
- Order Intake from different category of products to be tracked
3) Collection Targets Achieved
- Collection v/s Receivable ( has to be minimum 75% of the amount billed)
- % of revenue collected within 60 days
4) Managing the sales process smoothly
- No. of Cold calls made
- No. of New Clients Acquired
- No of new projects executed within time lines ( site closures)
- No of visits with OEM / Critical Vendors
5) Project execution and procurement for projects
- Procurement of material for execution/ site closures of projects within timelines & efficient cost
- Revenue & Collection from project completion milestones
- Timeliness of execution within deadlines
6) New Customer acquisition/ opportunities spotted
- No of new segments/prospective clients identified and converted
- No of new products identified for development/acquisition for Sales
7) Team management, training and retention
- No of staff trained to acquire new technical skills
- Attrition Rate of Staff & motivation levels, Replacement with trained staff within 90 days

8) Profitability of the region
- Increase in profit margins by effective negotiations with vendors and clients
- Effective management of operational costs v/s budgets
9) Increase the market share of the business in the region
- Knows the region of Hyderabad well
- Enhancing the product portfolio for sales
10) Service delivery and operations by the regional team
- Quality of execution of clients projects
- Effective team work between sales, service and commercial teams.
Minimum 10 to 15 + years in sales of Voice /AVSI/ Video/ Data /Surveillance Products with System integration background.

 

Should be tech savy , strong communication skills , good customer connect, people management, trust worthy. 35-45 yrs
