1 Achieve Sales Volume as per Target
2 Achieve Targeted Market Share against each product
3 Lead /Guide /Drive the sales team 
4 Achieve target spare parts sales & service metrics
5 Lead the after-sales team
6 Dealer Development, Management and Coordination
7 Lead /Mentor the dealer team
8 Ensure customer satisfaction 
9 Achieve sales, after-sales objectives
10 Develop rapport with corporate customers
11 Develop business in new markets, untapped territories
12 Ensure regular reporting from Dealer
13 Ensure regular reporting to HO
