Job Description:
- Daily activity planning - stock, manpower, truck
- Supervise picking, truck loading/unloading, manpower assignment, and dispatch to customer locations
- Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely dispatch of goods and materials as per FIFO/FEFO
- Activity documentation in WMS/ERP, E-way bill, etc
- Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
- Resolve any escalations with the experienced team, LM and others
- Inventory Management (Inbound, Outbound) and maintaining suitable inventory levels
- Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
- Ensuring Standard Operating Procedures & Compliance with regard to Health Safety & Environment.
- Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds
