Job Description:


Key Roles and Responsibilities:


• Uniformity in attendance must be adhered
• Task must be completed within the given turnaround time
• Dissatisfaction level must be identified and cured
• Maintain the quality and adhere to the set parameters
• Clear understanding about the workflow
• Able to review the documents and complete the action in stipulated time
• Assigned task are completed as per the SOP and training manuals
• Stay updated with regular updates from the client and management
• Manage and Meet Key performance indicators
• Work constitutes 80% voice and 20% Non-voice
• Zero Unscheduled absenteeism
• Leaves are permissible only for US Holidays
• Adherence to the existing policy and procedures of the BU and Client
• Willingness to work on weekends based on client requirement
• Maintain/Follow discipline and professional conduct
• Communicate with the client or any third party via phone/email as and when required
• Perform any additional task relating to the process assigned by the management
• Initiate the welcome email with the required information
• Request for earnest money deposit and buyer’s information
• Satisfy all title lender, contract and title requirements
• Clear title by resolving title defects, liens and other delinquent amounts
• Performs a pre-closing quality review of loan files before releasing closing package
• Responding in a timely, professional and courteous manner to customer inquiries
• Advises all parties of any changes or issues that may occur to ensure high-quality standards and customer service
• Get the consensus of the stakeholders for the closing


Education Qualifications, Technical and Process Knowledge:
• Bachelor’s Degree in any stream
• Competent with MS Office knowledge
• Detailed Knowledge of Pre-closing, Closing and Knowledge of different types of mortgage and its functioning in Title and settlement
• Knowledge of different types of mortgage/ Loan and its functioning
• Knowledge of functions of Title companies


Skills and Abilities


• 3 to 5 years relevant experience
• Should have a thorough understanding of the process
• Should be able to explain the importance of critical closing documents
• Should be able to understand the various laws in different parts of America related to mortgage
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytic and interpersonal
• Good with computers and internet
• Excellent logical and analytical skills
• Typing speed should be more than 30 WPM
• Reading/speaking speed should be minimum of 50 WPM
• Must have neutral accent (Heavy accent not permissible)
• Must have telephone etiquettes
• Zero grammatical error in 50 sentences of writing
• Good Comprehending skills
• Good Knowledge of Quality
• Usage and ability to learn new software/applications
• Ability to do a mathematical calculation
• Must possess the business email etiquettes
• Willingness to work in nightshift (6 P.M to 8 A.M EST)
