Engineer-Powder Coating Quality
Job Description:
-Position: Engineer-Powder Coating Quality
-Experience: 5 to 7 years
-Salary: 3 to 4 LPA
Ø Look After daily quality checkpoints of powder coated & painted components
Ø Maintaining pretreatment dip & spray type
Ø Responsible for Supplier Quality Assurance.
Ø Responsible for Handling Customer for Quality issues (Customer & Warranty complaint)
Ø Responsible for Supplier Performance Monitoring.
Ø Responsible for Quality of Product for Incoming material from suppliers and final dispatch products to customer.
Ø To interact with customer as well with supplier regarding Quality Issue and resolving the same.
Ø Responsible for implementing MSA (Measurement System Analysis)& SPC (Statistical Process Control) .
Ø Preparation of Pokayoke, Kaizens
Ø Responsible for regular updating of documents required for TS 16469 and also EMS & OSHAS(14001 & 18001)
Ø Verification of Set up Approval & Hourly Process Inspection reports.
Ø Responsible for Product and Process Audit.
Ø Responsible for implementing 5S and Kaizen activities.
Ø To Handle and attend Customer Audit.
