Senior Engineer Quality
Job Description:
We required Senior Engineer in Assembly-Quality Department.
Education : DME or B.E. (Mech)
Experience : Minimum 5 to 7 years experience as an Engineer in Assembly-Quality field
Salary : for best candidate is negotiable.
Job description
- Should Have to Handle Assembly shop independently on all fields planning, Production, QA etc.
- Having Knowledge of TPM, ISO system.
- Problem solver
- Customer co ordination should be good.
- Review, approve and frame policies and guidelines around quality control and standards (Quality Policy & Control plan) to be implemented across the organization, in line with best practices and quality standards
- Identify various regulatory requirements and quality certifications relevant for standardization of equipment and processes and ensure they are obtained from the relevant authorities
- Ensure implementation of quality processes across the organization, review the deviation, if any and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure periodic review and updation of the Quality Policy and Procedures to identify areas of improvement
- Identify and monitor implementation of Process Improvement opportunities, monitor effectiveness of initiatives and suggest corrective action
- Review the findings from various quality audits; oversee investigations and guide measures to minimize cases of deviation
- Oversee scheduling and conduct of quality reviews for in-production, in-process and during new product development stages to ensure compliance with prescribed quality procedures and processes.
