Job Description:
Responsibility- 1. Knowledge of analysis related to process plastic, Rubber, LSR
- Able to do all types of trial on machine related to process
- Able to make the SOP of all mould
- Able to make the setup sheet of new mould after process validation and if any process change in running mould
5.New mould process validation and 8D Analysis
- Analysis on rejection, wastage, effficiency
7.New equipment setup/training
8.Can train shift engineer for process analysis and validation
9.2-4 years experiment in field of processing Participating actively in all FMEA studies Participating actively in all employee empowerment/motivation programs
10 Full Knowledge of Computer , Documentation, All Process Related to Production and Analytical skills.
- Supervision of manpower and controlliing of production and Improvements
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Candidates Must be B.tech Mechanical with
6-7 Year experience in process engineering
