Job Description:
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engg with 10 to 20 years exp. in construction of residential or commercial building. Candidates from Construction / infra companies preferred.
Plan, monitor and control the project activities.
Site & Construction Management/Resource Planning
Project Planning & Coordination
Contract Administration & Management
Project Management,
Execute the projects as per the schedule and budget assigned.
Site Engineering, Conduct site survey as per the requirement.
Budgeting & Cash Flow- Forecasting
Contract Management
Commercial-Activities Quality Control
Liaison Work
Salary: Rs 50000 to 60000 per month or negotiable for right candidate
