Developer Lead - Stream Serve

Job Description:

• Understand the document production platform 
• Develop team expertise in Template development using StreamServe Tool
• Responsible for developing new or modify existing templates/programs for document production platform using StreamServe tool.
• Able to assist in all aspects of the software development life cycle (development, testing, deployment, support, etc.).
• Able to lead/manage a team and accountable to the Manager/Stakeholder for successful delivery of projects wrt time and quality criteria
• Perform basic checks/testing to ensure deliverables are in line with the requirements.
• Work with geographically dispersed team to ensure completion of tasks
• Manage and prioritize workload within own portfolio as per agreed deadlines
• Maintenance of relevant record / logs / timesheet
• Understand, contribute & monitor to the achievements of individual and teams Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
• Understand and adhere to the Compliance Standard

• Must Have:
  • Possess knowledge and experience in developing, customizing and implementing document management solutions.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC lifecycle
  • Strong experience & Knowledge on template development using StreamServe Tool.
  • Good experience with integration of StreamServe with other applications.
  • Good knowledge on PL/SQL and scripting
  • Working knowledge of MS Office product suite

• 8-10 years of IT Application development/support experience and at least 6-8 years of experience using Stream Serve tool in the Employee Benefits/ financial services domain with proven track record in service delivery
