Job Description:
- Min one year of Operational experience working in a front of house leisure or retail environment.
- Should be confident, motivated, active and alert with a positive attitude.
- Effective Time Management and Good Interpersonal Skills.
- Computer literate.
- Experience of working with children.
- Friendly, energetic, and good with children.
- Creative and entertaining – can keep a group of kids captivated for hours
- Previous child-care or entertainment experience
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Cash/Credit Transaction handling
- Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Computer Literate
- Conversant with General Math and Calculations
- Possess a ‘Can Do’ attitude, be positive, enthusiastic and determined
- Genuine love of children and working with the general public
- Demonstrable customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Cheerful, Pleasant, professional and outgoing personality
- Confident and authoritative with ability to deal with children, parents / guardians and staff
- Flexible attitude to working requirements, to meet the needs of the company
- Meet and Greet Guests (kids and their parents/guardians) and assist them with the facilities and services offered or the play packages they have availed.
- Supervision of the play areas to ensure that children are playing safely and adhering to the ‘Rules of Play’
- Recording the customer’s details as they enter the play area and ensuring security of the area by only allowing access to those customers that have paid and entered.
- Ensuring customers are made aware of daily activities and any future events taking place.
- Monitoring the usage levels of the play areas to ensure they are within the levels set and assist children, needing support.
- Ensuring the play areas are clean and high standards of Hygiene are maintained.
- Undertake health and safety inspections and cleaning inspections as per the processes and procedures and reporting faults.
- Assisting the Party Host for parties and events by helping customers during their special event.
- Following the shift schedule and compliance and enforcement of all the Standard Operating and Safety procedures.
- This role entails shift working over evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Shifts across 7 days a week
