Job Description:

• Min one year of Operational experience working in a front of house leisure or retail environment and Child-care/Montessori experience preferred.
• Computer literate
• Creative and entertaining – can keep a group of kids engaged for hours.
• Interested in teaching seminars and hosting fun activities for kids and parents/guardians.
• Should be Confident, motivated, active and alert with a positive attitude.
• Effective Time Management and Good Interpersonal Skills.
• Possess a ‘Can Do’ attitude; be positive, enthusiastic and determined.
• Genuine love of children and working with the general public, with the ability to hold children’s attention at all times.
• Attention to detail, Dispute resolution, Public speaking & Good interpersonal skills.
• Extrovert with pleasing, enthusiastic, flexible and outgoing personality - a child within.
• Demonstrable customer service skills with the ability to be a Role Model.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Should be spontaneous and a Natural Entertainer who gets along with children.
• Confident and authoritative with an ability to deal with children, parents / guardians and staff.
• Have the ability to convert the entertainment space into a fun filled area of interactive celebrations.
• Needs to be physically fit, healthy with high endurance levels.
• Flexible attitude to working requirements to meet the needs of the company.
• Accountable, responsible & trustworthy with the ability to work as part of a team.
• To administer the Activity Register ensuring arrival and departure of all guests is recorded
• To Plan and organizes parties and activities / workshops or other special visits, and coordinate with team to execute the event plan.
• Maintain a data base to understand trends and develop new strategies for events and promotions.
• Compliance of Party and Activity / Workshop Standard Operating and Safety procedures.
• Host arts and crafts, games, dance, singing and play activities and workshops.
• Manage stocks related to parties, activities and events.
• Interaction with guests in a polite and courteous manner ensuring outstanding customer experience.
• To manage, instruct, and assist kids and parents/guardians participating in these activities or workshops.
• This role entails shift working over evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Shifts across 7 days a week.
