1) Follow ups on pending order list & material dispatch at site in timely.
2) Purchase order prepared, Performa Invoice check, confirm & submit to accounts dept.
3) Logistics control & vehicle arranging for materials dispatch.
4) Making Updated Consolidated MIS sheet by using vlook up, Pivot table, filter, if function, conditional formatting etc.
5) Making schedule/BOQ & Site Co- ordination
6) Customer Handling.
