We have an opening for the post of Sales coordination for a company in the Manufacturing Industry at the Thane & Koparkhairane location.
Job description: A Lady for Sales coordination and costing
Minimum 1- 2 years experience in Sales coordination or freshers can also do.
- Diploma in mechanical or Mechanical Draftsman (preferred)
- Good knowledge of Drawings.
- Provide price and cost proposals in response to customer’s requests.
- Good English communication skills.
- Interact with customer and sales representatives to handle both pre-sales and post-sales
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries/complaints via mail or phone in a timely and accurate manner
- Smartsheet updation.
- Order updates to customer.
- Monitor Order shipment to ensure on time delivery to customers
- Maintain database of customer sales orders and invoicing records
