Packaging Supervisors for Cosmetic

Job Description:

1. Position: Packaging Supervisor
2. Sc/ B. Pharma/ M. Sc/ M. Pharma/ B. Tech (Cosmetics)/ M. Tech (Cosmetics) or Graduate with minimum 2-3 years Pharma/ Cosmetics Company experience
3. Supervise and coordinate packing line activities for multiple lines in a Pharma/ Cosmetics Manufacturing unit as per SOP’s
4. Allocation, Supervision & Handling manpower (women & men) for each packing line
5. Receive & Inspect materials from stores for each product & batch and maintain the segration for the same in day stores
6. Online filling & maintaining of Batch Records for each product and each batch along with proper reconciliation and returning excess or left of materials back to stores with proper accounting
7. Transferring completed batches to BSR and giving final quantities and tallying the physical stock with stock in Batch Record
8. Maintaining log books for various equipment
9. Maintaining shift log as well as machine logs of down time of machines
10. Discuss with HOD regarding issues arising in Packing department
11. Reporting & communication to HOD and with other departments
12. Maintaining discipline of workers and subordinates
13. Reducing costs of manpower with optimal utilization of manpower on each line
14. Training manpower for packing lines & equipment
15. Maintaining various other systems, procedures & documents as per company requirement and norms
16. Understanding of GMP Norms & requirements along with implementation of the same
