Job Description:
-HR Manager
-Administration
-Minimum 5-8 years experience.
- Work Experience in OD, MIS, KRA, KPI, Statutory Compliance all HR handling
- Organization Development (OD): Grade designation structuring, Talent Management, Employee satisfaction surveys, Roll out of employee helpdesk.
- Performance management system (PMS)- Design and Implementation of:
- Balanced Scorecards (for top and senior management)
- Measurable KRA and KPI scorecards (for mid-level management and officers)
- Alignment of Organization scorecard with Department and Functional scorecards through “cascading down” process.
- Appraisal, Promotion, Increment & Performance Bonus disbursement process
- Conducting HR workshops, training and awareness programs
- Process Mapping (work study) and assessment of manpower requirement/ allocation
