PPC Engineer

Job Description:

• Position: PPC Engineer
• Salary: 35000/- to 40000/-per Month
• Experience: 8-10 years
• Responsible for preparing the monthly, weekly production planning considering the Plant Capacity, inventory, and priority of schedule sales or marketing Requirement.
• Responsible for creation of Purchase Requisition against work order (consumable & Raw Materials items).
• Tie up with the supplier as well as inspection department to avoid delay in the inspection.
• Organizing sub-assembly parts and sub-contracted parts based on production plan
• Responsible for maintaining the minimum inventory level of raw materials and consumable items in between the process.
• Indulged in Assembling, Manufacturing and testing process of Product.
• Responsible for daily dispatch plan with coordinate the sales department & customer requirement
• Inventory reconciliation of each location on the end of every month.
• Responsible for daily MIS & FG stock report, Inventory Status, Material received & consumed capacity utilization & Schedule Adherence.
• Daily analysis of production plan versus actual in the morning meeting and make CAPA against major losses or low operating efficiency.
• All Production, Material and dispatch planning carried out on that day SAP software.
• Highlighting the Production & Feedback for best delivery to customers.
