Job Description:
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Order Fulfillment
- Follow up Accounts- For payment receipt
- Request to Generate TMM Login Activation – IT Department
- Verify TMM Login details and Fund added
- Delivery Note to the clients
- Thanks Mail to all clients and sharing contact details for further communication with regard to service.
- Master Database Updating- Client details
- Feedback Form – Product Experience
- Client Servicing- Technical Part
- Prompt respond towards clients technical issues after discussion with IT Deptt/ Manager
- Strictly avoid direct interaction of clients to the IT Deptt. until unless there is a major Issue. In such case approval of Management/Sr. Manager required
- Client Servicing- Product Part
- Prompt respond towards clients issues with regards to products .
- Strictly avoid direct interaction of clients to the content Deptt. until unless there is a major Issue. In such case approval of Management/Sr. Manager required
- Up selling – Products as per previous order/ Requirements
- Maintaining Track record of orders and Inform concern manager regarding Repeat order follow ups.
