Experience:
- 16 to 18 Minimum
Qualification:
- Diploma/ B Tech – Mechanical/Rubber Tech or Equivalent
Salary (In Hand):
- 16 L PA (Depending upon his knowledge & Experience)
Job Description:
- Running all operation process by himself in case of necessity.
- Mould change, die assembling & disassembling work.
- Mould maintenance such as cleaning, repairing work.
- Press maintenance such as replacing bolts, cleaning solenoid valve and others.
- Machine-trouble solving.
- Conducting training & education by showing example by himself for key processes.
- Process design & establishment for realization of quality requirement & efficiency.
- Being ready anytime for Lot tracking from shipping lot down to mixing lot in case of any necessity.
- Issuance of WI for new & modified processes.
- Issuance of WI of one-point instruction based on real experience of processes.
- 5S realization on work floor.
- Developing effective defect-reduction activity.
- Control of checksheet, work-log, production record and other document in work floor.
- Confirmation of safety rule observation on all floor associates.
- KAIZEN activity in a way of quick, continuous & DIY activity.
- Immediate lot segregation in case of non-conformant occurrence in processes.
- Analysis of root cause & outflown cause for non-conformant products.
- Morale enhancement of floor operators & inspectors.
- Removing intense element from working procedures.
- Control of raw material and consumable items.
