Job Description:

Minimum Qualifications: LLB/BSc./any graduation & MBA/PGDBM in HR/IR/Labour Laws

 Minimum Experience: 8-10 years in Pharma or a related factory

 Job Specific Skills:

1. Working knowledge of WHO GMP standards

2. Marathi as the first language

3. Good communication skills

 Others:

  1. Should be from in and around Jejuri/Saswad/Pune

Should have knowledge about statutory requirements such as :

o Labour Laws

o Factory Laws

o Industrial Disputes Act

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING

ACTIVITIES:

ï‚· Ensure timely compliance to all the applicable factory and labour laws as and when required

ï‚· Settle disputes occurring within the premises in accordance with the statutes of Industrial Disputes Act.

ï‚· Maintenance of proper documentation in line with the requirements of the various government and

statutory bodies as per applicability

ï‚· Contract Manpower management including proper manpower monitoring, timekeeping, attendance,

statutory compliances, liasioning with contractors etc.

ï‚· Responsible for interacting with Government officials ensuring companies’ legal obligations are met in

a timely and satisfactory manner

ï‚· Handling all the external influences at the local level thereby ensuring that the factory operations are

not hindered in any way

ï‚· Implementation and adherence to the HR policies of the company including PMS, Training,

Engagement etc.

ï‚· Providing time to time management inputs on HR and admin areas of the factory including Monthly

MIS, Daily Manpower report, compliance reports etc.

ï‚· Ensure proper upkeep of the factory infrastructure and premises in line with the company and

regulatory requirements

ï‚· Responsible for the purchase of miscellaneous items such as stationary, supplies etc as an when

required

ï‚· Proper upkeep of admin assets such as uniforms, cleaning supplies and other consumables

ï‚· Handling factory recruitments as per timelines defined in the SOPs

ï‚· Ensure adherence to all the HR and Admin related SOPs as defined under the quality standards and other regulatory guidelines

o Standing Orders etc.

ï‚· Proactive and ability to take decisions
