Job Description:
Position: Layer 7 Analyst
2 to 3 Years of Experience with the CA API Gateway (formerly Layer7)
Gateway deployment and configuration
Policy Development
Debugging and troubleshooting
Policy Migration
Has built policies for XML processing, Protocol bridging, Site minder and OAuth integration.
Experience and good knowledge on using assertions.
Develop monitoring and alerting scripts for the Gateway.
Knowledge of Web APIs, REST, XML, JSON, SOA/Web services, Internet/network security standards (WS Security, OAUTH, OpenID Connect, JWT, etc.)
Proficient with Linux OS - Enough to deploy the gateway, install additional client applications, monitor system resources, etc.
Experience with: MySQL, Identity and access management systems (LDAP, CA Site minder, Oracle Access Manager); reliable messaging systems (JMS, WebsphereMQ, Tibco EMS);
Previous experience programming with OS-level scripting (bash), XML transformations (XPATH and XSLT) and JAVA coding language.
