Job Description:
- Spearheading business development activities in OEM segment covering all major automotive OEMs to ensure regular inflow of business
- Identifying new parts for development, arranging submission of samples and securing approval for bulk supplies
- Resolving quality issues in coordination with QC to maintain company’s credibility as a quality centric company
- Coordinating domestic and cross-border movement (EXIM) of materials to eliminate bottlenecks
- Managing day to day marketing, sales and service activities
- Interfacing with buyer/ purchase departments of OEMs to obtain feedback on product performance
- Exploring fresh business opportunities with new/ upcoming OEMS to facilitate development of new products and markets
- Coordinating with mechanical engineering/ tool room for new product development
- Facilitating drawing of production schedules in coordination with planning section
- Maintaining regular interaction with accounts for updates on collection status and sales tax related issues
- Providing needed support to spares team in development of dealers and distributors network
- Knowledge of Cp, Cpk & product Audit, Process Audit.
- Implementing 5’S, Kaizen’s theme, Providing solutions through designated channels such as Poke Yoke,
- Responsible for First piece set-up approval. & Responsible for Dock audit
- Involve in handling customer complaint & Giving CAP with Monitoring & Responsible for Dock audit
