• Meeting with BU Heads for training need identification and giving regular updates on the progress.
• Training Team Leaders of Clinical Research process on US Culture and communication skills.
• Part of ‘Team Spirit’ – a group of trainers working retention techniques.
• Conducting preliminary round of interviews for applicants applying for Internal Job Postings
