Plant Manager
Job Description:
- Analyse performance trends of department and set targets for departments in consultation with CEO.
- Responsible for grievance addressal system for cross functional grievance.
- To review target completion of departments, record and present to the management.
- Receive detials of new product development in accordance with the business plan.
- Assess the existing Plant Lay out, facilities, processes and equipment forrequired capacity utilization and capabilities.
- Approve Work instruction, control plan, quality plans, FMEA, PPAP warrants, Process flow chart, Standard BOM and Engineering drawing.
- Consult with CEO for performance management of the plant.
- Responsible for ensuring maximum utilization of plant resuorces.
- Achieve financial and business targets of the plant.
- To improve business margins by making PQCDSM improvements through kaizen / pokayoke.
- To review CFT (Cross Functional Team) work & analyse on regular intervals.
- To improve customer relations by timely response to their requirements including regular meetings and plants audits.
- Design e-files for recording weekly perforamance and grievance addressal follow up.
- Ensure 2 Kaizen per person month by department employees.
- Follow Five-S practices in work premises.
