Job Description:
- Managing, planning and controlling all development projects with a team of around 10 Design Engineers for different projects
- Developing best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of outputs
- Performing process simulation and risk assessments; managing cost and time constraints
- Preparing daily/monthly reports; keeping all updated records related to quality & production
- Introducing new product and machining process along with approving the drawing of cutting tool as per requirement
- Executing complex design analysis and evaluating engineering designs
- Establishing new process for better productivity and quality for new product
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
B.TECH MECHANICAL WITH 12+ YEARE EXPERINECE IN DESIGN
- Deeply knowledge of Auto-Cad 2017.
- Uni Graphics Solution NX11.0/12.0 (CAD/CAM).
- Creo (Version 5.0).
- MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
- Reverse Engineering.
- Knowledge of GD&T.
- Knowledge of FMEA, PPAP, APQP, Control Plan, Kaizen and Poke yoke.
- Knowledge of Modern Manufacturing Techniques
