Job Description:
We have an opening for Maintenance Incharge, Qualification - Diploma Mechanical, Exp. - 4-5 years.
Kindly note the JD we are looking for Maintenance Incharge.
- To handle the Maintenance department and maintain the machine up time.
- To have the experience in manpower handling (Company worker & Contract worker).
- To have the experience in Hydraulic Power press, Die tooling, Pneumatic systems, Spares planning & control.
- To have the experience in Preventive maintenance.
5.. To have the experience in on line rejection analysis and control.
- To train the Company worker & Contract worker.
- Prepare the MIS reports for maintenance.
- Having the knowledge of die & tooling.
- Up keep the machines in good working condition.
- Willing to work in shift of 12 hrs.
- ISO documentations.
- Breakdown analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive measures to reduce the down time.
