Job Description:
- Location: Shendra (Aurangabad)
- Position: Office Executive
- Experience: Fresher or 1-2 years experience
- Attending All outside landline calls only and communicating to respective person
- Sending dealer certificates to dealers
- Calling to customers for orders if not received for long period
- Housekeeping monitoring & Management
- Handling India Mart inquiries
- Customer Payment follow up
- Event management-Communicating with add agencies for news/add finalization
- Attending & recording inquiries after publishing add in newspapers / social media
- Arrangement & handling all expo related activities
- Attending factory customers & giving information
- Assisting in office activities if any executives absent
- Maintaining all Admin related documents
- Sending MIS report daily to management
- Communication with vendor for regular updating of “Rayon “ website
- Proper arrangements of product/ TV/catalog displays
- Maintaining employee leave records
- Preparing & maintaining employee joining / reliving data
- Arrangement of drinking water/ Tea/ Breakfast/Lunch for employees
