Job Description:
  1. Location: Shendra (Aurangabad)
  2. Position: Office Executive
  3. Experience: Fresher or 1-2 years experience
  4. Attending All outside landline calls only and communicating to respective person
  5. Sending dealer certificates to dealers
  6. Calling to customers for orders if not received for long period
  7. Housekeeping monitoring & Management
  8. Handling India Mart inquiries
  9. Customer Payment follow up
  10. Event management-Communicating with add agencies for news/add finalization
  11. Attending & recording inquiries after publishing add in newspapers / social media
  12. Arrangement & handling all expo related activities
  13. Attending factory customers & giving information
  14. Assisting in office activities if any executives absent
  15. Maintaining all Admin related documents
  16. Sending MIS report daily to management
  17. Communication with vendor for regular updating  of “Rayon “ website
  18. Proper arrangements of product/ TV/catalog displays
  19. Maintaining employee leave records
  20. Preparing & maintaining employee joining / reliving data
  21. Arrangement of drinking water/ Tea/ Breakfast/Lunch for employees
