Job Description:
Responsible for Mould Maintenance.
* Responsible for machining work
* Responsible for Mould Modification
* Responsible for Component Remedies
* Responsible for TIG Welding
* Responsible for documentations & 5s maintaining
- Knowledge of tool room Conventional machined such as Drilling, Tapping, Reaming, Lathe, Milling, Surface grinding, Cylindrical Grinding etc.
- Maintaining Documents as per ISO.
- Review the 3D & 2D design of mould
- Preparing MIS & MRM Data.
Yearly / Monthly Budget Preparation for Tool Room
