JOB TITLE: Tele Sales Executive

JOB OVERVIEW
To generate sales, tele callers have to initiate telephone contact with
existing and prospective customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
•Good verbal and written communication skills
•To collect and maintain lists of contact information of individuals.
•Calling active and potential consumers to encourage product purchases.
•Addressing the concerns, complaints, and suggestions of the clients on time.
•Noting the main aspects of each conversation.
•To carry out each of your duties with the utmost respect, irrespective of the dispositions of others.
•Communicating verbal acceptance of the closing deals to our Sales team.
•Excellent interpersonal skills, research, and record-keeping.
•Ability to convince the clients
•Good computer knowledge
•Should have good listening skills as well as customer handling skills
•Prior experience as a Tele caller or equivalent

EMPLOYMENT
