A very large and old battery (Inverter/Automotive/Solar/E-Rickshaw) manufacturing company having its presence into almost every major city in India. Have manufacturing plant in Vapi (Gujrat) and corporate office in Mumbai.

Location:

  • Andheri East (Old Nagardas Road)
  • Walking distance from Andheri Metro Station as well as Andheri Old Station

Experience:

  • Minimum 6 Years into Sales Coordination

Qualification:

  • Any Graduate

Salary (In Hand):

  • Negotiable upto 6 L PA

Job Description:

  • Interact with NSH on payment plan for the day based on billing schedule and keep the Management informed.
  • Assistance in Target Setting for the month, timely release of targets, Coordinating and helping the entire sales team in achieving the set targets, & maintaining smooth flow of information.
  • Analyzing Pre Travel Plan & DSR of Salesmen and maintain reports as per set guidelines.
  • Handing salesmen incentive schemes, monthly calculation towards achievement of Salesmen incentive and submission to Finance on monthly basis.
  • Analyzing All India Debtors  and necessary follow up on regular basis for  collection of payments
  • Handing Distributors schemes on monthly/Quarterly basis by and timely reimbursements of the same.
  • Handling Dealer Development Programme, Salesmen monitoring towards daily visit/Calls /Secondary sales and update to Management on regular basis. Update on New Developments in form of distributors/dealers to Immediate Seniors on Monthly basis.
  • Maintaining depot wise Distributors application forms in scanned form on server and ensure all formalities are completed as per norms.
  • Providing any other information required by sales team related to Distributor’s account/payments/OS etc. to the concerned.
  • Ensure Salesmen/Service/ depot Expenses are received as per policy guidelines issued and timely reimbursement of expenses to the team
  • Review of Entitlement Handbook /guidelines towards Depot expenses from time to time and update the Management on the same as and when needed.
  • Organizing Monthly and Quarterly Sales meet in coordination with NSH and responsible towards submission of branch wise files and reports with required documents to the immediate senior before Sales meet.
  • Review of CFA/Sale agreements and timely update to the management towards changes required.
  • Handling MIS in form of daily/weekly/monthly-updated reports on sales, collection and qty sold and any other reports as required by the Management.
  • Responsible to submit monthly STPO to admin by following up with respective Heads. Other Sales analysis to stocks lying in the depots and evaluation of next month STOP on the basis of past sales.
  • Ensure effective communication to the market in the form of mails/calls related to Sales and Marketing.

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and Planning for monthly Marketing Budget and updating the same to the immediate seniors on monthly basis. Ensuring that all the implementation at all levels and for all depots is being handled efficiently.
  • Handling POP material, calculation towards dispatch of POP to depots on monthly basis and maintaining stock at HO. Timely information to purchase department towards purchase of further Stock.
  • Handling all regular and other various marketing activities going on in the Organization and follow up with the vendors towards timely completion of work
  • This would include designing of all marketing related material promotional items and activities
  • Also to plan and structure all marketing activities being conducted in coordination with NSH.
  • Handling Vendors bills related to publicity/Marketing. Coordinating with Accounts department for timely reimbursement of payments to vendors. Also developing and maintaining relations with the all vendor would be a very crucial part of the Job role.
