Job Description:
L.L.B. / L.L.M. having Experience of 2-6 years in Litigation/ Non-Litigation matters in construction Company.
experience in title search, conveyancing, drafting and all land/ real estate related legal matters. Preferably from constrcution Industry background.
Review drafting & finalising of Petition,Suits,Written Statements,Drafting & vetting commercial documents,contracts.
Review drafting of demand notices,Letter of Intent,legal notices,Leave License agreement
Attend the legal matters, Continuously monitor changes in the laws, regulations and policies.
Review and advise the Managing Committee on legal implications of laws, regulations and policies
Liasoning/Coordinating with solicitor
Salary: Negotiable
