Job Description:

Qualification - BE Mech / DME.
Experience - B.E.- 2 years, DME- 3-4 Years in Sales & Mkt Dept.

JOB PURPOSE
Closely work with customers, agents, agent engineers & conduct sales of Demech products. Job involves functions such as implementation of marketing strategy, achieve top line budgets, key account management, negotiation skills, market intelligence, customer engagement.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Role:
- Primary Data collection thru SE & submit to Head Marketing.
- Keep track of procurement policy changes at key customers.
- Provide data on enquiry & offer status.
- Customer relationship management.
- Arrange for Seminars / Technical meets, Customer training.

Operational Role:
- Conduct field visits for business promotion, complaint redressal & outstanding collection.
- Conduct product demonstrations & trials.
- Appraise customers for new products.
- Preparation of MIS & submission on regular basis.
- Collect drawings, enquiries & orders from customer.
- Submit tenders on time & follow up for orders.
- Negotiation & closing of orders.
- Provide inputs for discount decisions to Head Marketing.
- Achieve annual sales target.
- Achieve Min 10% of annual Target thru new products for region.
- Generate & provide inputs to Head Marketing for competitor activities at customer place.
- Sales forecasting.
- Keep track of EMDs, SDs, PBG & ensure collection on time.
- Collection & appropriation of customer outstanding in time.

OTHER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate as link to customers for Approvals, standardization & rate contract conclusion with Corporates, OEMs, PSUs.
- Sales budgeting for territory.

JOB DIMENSIONS
- One point contact for customer for all enquiries, orders & complaints hence complete responsibility of sales performance.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
- Good product knowledge.
- In depth industry & application knowledge.
- Excellent market knowledge in terms geographic, demographic, psychographic aspects in respective territory.
- Awareness of Buying behavior & procurement procedures of customers in respective territory.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of taxation.
- Good communication skills.

MS office, ERP operations

Salary: Rs 3.0 to 6.0 Lac per annum
