Job Description:

-Position: Manager HR

-Experience: 5 to 8 years

-Salary: 4.80 to 6 LPA

-Human Resource Management and Development: check lisEnsure implementation of 

-Ensure implementation of HR policy and certified standing order of the company and take the feedback. Induction & Orientation programs are conducted on a regular basis for all the new joiners of Management Cadre with the

-Induction & Orientation programs are conducted on a regular basis for all the new joiners of Management Cadre checklist of all HODs.Implementation of (SOPs) Standard Operating procedures for all departments. 

-Implementation of (SOPs) Standard Operating procedures for all departments. timely completion of performance appraisal in line with KRA & KPIs.

-Timely completion of performance appraisal in line with KRA & KPIs.Training and Development as per the corporate guidelines.

-Training and Development as per the corporate guidelines.Monitoring of Time office & pay roll functions.

-Maintaining good Industrial Relations.Statutory Compliance & Laisioning

-Statutory Compliance & Liaisoning

-Employees welfare activities.

-Handling Employee Grievances.
