- Age Group 30-35 years
- Candidate having 8-10 years in Accounting with relevant experience
- Experience in real estate or property management accounting required

Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to Complete assigned work in time.
- Maintaining records.

Fluent with Computer Application mainly with Tally, Word, Excel and Email Communication

Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees and Management.

Able to handle petty cash, Preparation of vouchers and day to day accounting activities

Prepare monthly Account Reconciliations.

Assist with analyzing financial statements on a monthly basis and report on variances.

Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal controls.

Preparation of Various reports as per the requirement of Management.
