Job Description:
- Responsible to handle complete Plant operations like Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Dispatch.
- Responsible for Overall cost & Profitability of Manufacturing Operations.
- To execute and review systems & processes at all level at plant operations
- Continue design and development of new products.
- Executing cost saving and energy saving techniques/ measures and modifying the system to achieve a substantial reduction in departmental expenditures and work within the budget.
- Reduction and elimination of rejections and goods returned.
- Responsible to ensure on-time production and its delivery to the customer.
- Lead development of methods, procedures and plans and implement for operational effectiveness.
- Monitor, develop and implement quality standards certifications across all relevant sites. (ISO 9000/14000/18000)
Desired Skills-
- Should be a very good planner in getting or building up strong team.
- Should see to that entire factory in maintained with good Discipline.
- Should be well versed with changes in technical concepts.
