Job Description:
  • Responsible for quality management processes across the company.
  • Development implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company’s Quality Systems and Policies into compliance with Corporate quality system requirements.
  • Responsible for hiring, managing, coaching, counseling and disciplining employees in quality team including quality engineers and quality inspectors.
  • Responsible for achieving quality ppm objectives and goals for country.
  • Responsible for all internal audits to continuously improve company processes as well as to prepare for ISO9001 / TS 16949 audits
  • Responsible for APQP processes to achieve on-time PPAP submissions as well as PPAP approvals by working closely with Customer Quality Engineers
  • Managing all corrective actions and implementations of temporary and permanent containment measures to reduce errors, mistakes and improve company processes
  • Work with corporate team to develop processes and systems to help maintain best in class quality metrics
  • Responsible for working with offshore quality teams and team members to improve Supplier PPM and Customer PPM.
  • Work with Sourcing team to audit and quality new suppliers.
  • Provide Input on sourcing / supplier strategy
  • Monitoring the ongoing performance and outputs of the quality process.
  • Process audit in regular interval

  • Supplier qualification Audit & Process audits
  • Good knowledge on Automotive industries quality process and procedures
  • Familiarity with quality standards and processes
  • Planning and project management skills.
  • Willing to travel atelast 30 ~ 40%
  • Training to suppliers
  • Must speak Hindi.
