Role : null Role Description : null Must have Skills : Service Cloud Good to Have Skills : Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities: b: Designing coding and implementing APEX code Triggers Classes Components etc Visual force components and SOQL statements c: Designing and implementing new Sales force objects workflow rules custom layouts and other standard Sales force customizations Technical Experience: a: Service Cloud b: Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL, Apttus Solutions c: Experience with technologies supporting SaaS applications including XML Web Services HTML and JavaScript Work Experience in Web services SAOP and REST APIs Professional Experience: a: 5 Years must have Experience on Service Cloud skill b: Knowledge of Salesforce com is needed and prior experience adapting it to various business needs is also required c: Good to have Java Experience or Siebel escript experience d: Good communication and collaboration skills are needed Educational Qualification: Additional Information:
