Sr. Production Engineer - VMC Shop

Job Description:

-Position: Sr. Production Engineer - VMC Shop

-Qualification: DME / BE With 4 to 5 years Experience

-Assign daily production duties to production operators.

-Ensure production, safety and quality procedures are being followed.

-Verify production set-up and production programming.

-Operating & machine programme Knowledge of different  make VMC machine ( FANUC / BROTHER / HASS )

-Cycle time improvement activity & to improve the capacity of VMC shop

-Thorough knowledge of VMC / CNC Machine Shop   and other technical information relating to manufacturing processes.

-Excellent leadership skills and a desire to work in a team environment.

-Handle the Team size of  more than 50  nos

-Ensure Daily / monthly  production to be done as per Target

-planning and organising production schedules

-supervising the work of operators / casuals

-The ability to resolve problems in an efficient manner.

-The capacity to communicate and present data clearly and effectively.

-Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance

-Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
