Job Description:
-Position: ME ( Programmer + Tool managements )
-Qualification -- DME / BE With 3 to 4 years Experience
-Operating & machine programme Knowledge of different make VMC machine ( FANUC / BROTHER / HASS )
-New Product development on VMC machine
-Identify opportunities or implement changes to improve products or reduce costs by using new tooling,
-Responsible for tool management system for VMC / SPM
-Cycle time improvement activity & to improvr the capacity of VMC shop
-Troubleshoot new or existing product problems involving programme, toolings etc.
-Train production personnel in new components in productization
-Conduct tool life study & accordingly define the ROL, MOQ,
-Design layout of equipment or workspaces to achieve maximum efficiency.
