Job Description:

Execution of the sales and marketing plan for the project set by HOD.    

Marketing of fasteners and identify the new customer on the responsible territory and preparing sales based presentations

Techno-commercial discussion, price negotiation and order finalization.    
Under the and local market and customer needs and develop a strategy to cater the same.    
Manage & develop cooperation with distributor partners in the region.    
Providing a high level of customer service, responding to customer need and working to satisfy customer expectations.    
 
Perform a SWOT analysis for own territory market, collect information about competition's current market share and customer feedback.    
Coordination with the engineering/design team of a customer for a better understanding of the requirement and communicate all specific design requirements to ARI design team.    
Handling product quotations.    
Payment collection within the credit period given and C form collection.    
Timely redressal of pre & post-sales customer queries.    
Map market potential based on various parameters, set targets accordingly to ensure profitability.    
Provide inputs/feedback for strategy formulation and ensure execution of the same.    
Attend training programs (behavioral/ technical), seminars conducted/sponsored by the company.    
 
Initiate self-learning and gain knowledge of other skills, regular participation in the exhibition,    
trade fares, etc.

Should be able to speak in English, should be aggressive in sales.

Good knowledge of the area,

Skill: Industriel Product Marketing

Experience: Min 2 Years in Industriel Product Sales or Marketing

Reporting To: Zonal Manager

Salary: up to 3.00 Lac(s)

Job Location: Aurangabad territory
