-Location: Pawane (Mumbai).
-Position Title: Executive - Documentation
-Budget : 4 Lacs max
-Reports to: Manager – Shipping
-Department: Shipping
-Division: Healthcare
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
- Minimum Qualifications: Graduate
- Minimum Experience: 3 years
JOB PURPOSE:
-Preparation of Pre-Shipment Documentation
-Preparation of Post-Shipment Documentation
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES:
- Timely and Error Free Pre-Shipment Documentation.
- Timely and Error Free Post-Shipment Documentation.
- Co-ordination with CHA for shipments and releasing BL.
- Follow-up with CHA for EP copies.
COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
- Internal: Excise, Finance
- External: CHA
Job Specific Skills:
- Candidates from pharmaceutical industry shall be preferred.
COMPETENCIES:
- Thorough knowledge on Export Documentation Procedure.
- Oracle exposure preferred.
- Good Communication Skill.
