THERE IS A LIST OF APPROVED SIGNATORIES FOR AUTHORIZING ISSUES FOR EACH DEPT. - ISSUES FROM STORES ARE GIVEN ONLY ON THE BASIS OF SUCH AUTHORIZATIONS

ITEMS ARE PROPERLY ARRANGED AND STACKED FOR EASY RETRIEVAL

CREATE PURCHASE REQUISITION FOR STORE ITEMS

TAKING PERPETUAL INVENTORY OF FOOD STORES

CHECKING OF EXPIRY GOODS OF BEVERGES & FOODS ITEMS

FOLLOW-UP OF NON RECEIPT OF GOODS AGAINST P.O.

SENDING INVENTORY AGEING REPORT AT THE END OF THE MONTH - SYSTEM TO IDENTIFY SLOW MOVING / OBSOLETE ITEMS IN STORES AS REQUIRED BY CASP ( CL. 7.1.14 ) - SUCH ITEMS ARE DISPOSED / WRITTEN OFF AS AND WHEN THEY ARISE ( CL. 7.1.8 OF CASP ) - THERE IS SYSTEM TO IDENTIFY SPOILT / EXPIRED ITEMS ON TIMELY BASIS
