Education-B. Sc/ B. Pharma/ M. Sc/ M. Pharma or Graduate

Job Description:

1.      Minimum 2-3 years Pharma/ Cosmetics Company experience

2.      Receipt, Unloading & labeling of Raw Materials/ Packing Materials

3.      Reporting any issues with shortages/ damaged during receipt and unloading

4.      Proper storage of raw materials, packing materials, and engineering material.

5.      Preparation of Goods Receipt Note/ Material Received Report

6.      Handling of equipment such as weighing balances, pumps, pallets and stickers along with racking systems

7.      Dispensing of Raw Materials & packing Materials along with online documentation as per batch records

8.      Following FEFO or FIFO as per requirement while dispensing materials as per batch records

9.      Movement of Rm/PM creating spaces for unloading new materials and optimal utilization of provided space

10.  Getting appropriate clearances from QA for dispensing for every batch

11.  Maintaining records of RM/PM as per company requirements

12.  Adhering to GMP Norms for self and manpower

13.  Proper utilization of manpower provided along with giving them safety as well as work training

14.  Maintaining records calibration records along with calibrating equipment

15.  Maintaining utensils for dispensing along with their cleaning and sanitization

16.  Providing physical stock of materials, equipment, utensils etc from time to time and reconciling with opening stock

17.  Maintaining stock ledgers, register

18.  Maintaining various other systems, procedures & documents as per company requirement and norms

19.  Understanding of GMP Norms & requirements along with implementation of the same

20.  Reporting & communication to HOD and with other departments.
