Qualification- Diploma ( Preference For CEPT)
- Must meet or exceed company requirements for safety
- Sets controls and check the production machine before starting
- Loads raw materials - Operates machines in accordance with safety requirements
- Maintains consistent operation of output
- Checks the quality of products and takes part in quality improvement activities
- Reports defects
- Keeps production records and quality assurance data
- Fills mold with mixed material or applies material to mold to specified thickness
- Operates and adjusts controls of heating equipment to melt material or to cure, dry or bake filled molds according to specifications
- Opens mold and removes finished products
- Assembles, inserts cores and fittings using hand tools
