Should have Sound knowledge of Microsoft office and Tally ERP 9,Booking of Sale, Purchase, Expenses, Journal Voucher, Bank Vouchers, payment, receipt, Bank Reconciliation, etc.
Good working knowledge of Day to Day Accounting entries & monthly closing. Knowledge of TDS, VATand Service Tax.
Finalization of Accounts, Knowledge of e-payments
Function - Detailed description
- Updating Debit Note & Credit note Annexure in Excel
- Payment Follow-up with Customers, Banketc
- Verifying of Invoice supporting Doc as per PO
- Clearing Reimbursement/Voucher Entry In Tally
- Clearing Venders Payment/Voucher Entry in Tally
- Generating & Printing Invoice
- Resolving Banks Queries & updating
- Scan & RenamingInvoices
- Payment receipt entry in Tally
- Updating Outstanding Report
- Preparing Proforma Invoice
- Maintaining Cenvat register and File, Maintain Petty cash
Desire candidate Profile
· Analytical, decision-making, and management skills
· Dynamic, Can do Attitude, and Result Oriented with Proven track record.
· Graduation/Post Graduation(B.com/M.com)
· Should have at least 3 - 7 years of work experience.
· Should have proficiency in English language & basic capability to speak local language. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
