Job Description:

1. Day to day PM receipt & verification, preparation of checklist & Preparing GRN in Oracle system & generate quarantine labels in the system. Also, affix quarantine label to each consignment.

2. RM receipt entry in inward register & bin card.
3. To transfer Packing material to Factory warehouse on FIFO Basis / as per Requirement.

4. To handling of the discrepancy during receipt.
5. To arrange packing material as per status.

      6. Effective implementation of SQMS in warehouse activity

7. Follow up with QC dept. for the release of PM.
8. To Maintain outward register.
9. Timely Updating the SOP records (like- Balance calibration, cleaning record, vacuum Cleaning record & temperature humidity records).

10. To involve in cost saving project in warehouse activity.
11. Effective implementation of SQMS in warehouse activity.
12. Audit preparations regarding Raw /Packing material dispensing / storage activity.
13. Communication to HOD and Q. A. about discrepancy
14. To maintain a warehouse with proper hygienic condition & as per GMP requirements.
15. Training to workmen for maintaining the safety of men, material, and warehouse.
16. To maintain physical stock as per book stock
17. Transfer RM to inter-location as per instruction of PPIC within the timeline to communicate with excise dept. & transporter.

18. Training to workmen on Good Storage Practice.
19. Making Oracle entries whenever required
20. Any other job assigned by HOD or plant head.
