QA Officer / QA Executive

Job Description:

Location: Jejuri (Pune)

Position:

1) Officer, Salary 3.2 to 3.5 LPA

2) Executive, Salary 4.50 LPA

3) Sr. Executive, Salary 5.50 LPA

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

-Minimum Qualifications: M. Pharm. / B. Pharm.

-Minimum Experience: 3 to 6 Years

-Job Specific Skills: Preferably having knowledge of  In-process sampling and analysis, conversant with the handling of IPQA Instruments (Balances, DT, Friability, Hardness testers, Vernier Calliper).

-In-process Analysis of Capsules.

-Should also have In-process Analysis of Tablets

-Conversant with Process validation activities & sampling.

-Should have knowledge of sampling - In-process / Bulk / Finished Products of   capsules & Tablet

KEY Duties and RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following activities:

-In-process Analysis of capsules  during manufacturing  (Appearance, Uniformity of weights, DT, Lock length)

-Should have knowledge of  In-process Analysis of  Tablets during manufacturing .( Tablets - Appearance, Uniformity of weights, DT, friability, length, Diameter).

-Sampling of Bulk &  Finished Products,

-Should have knowledge of   Process validation (PV)activities, PV sampling, Stability sampling.

-Oracle entries for In-process / Finished Product / Process validation / Stability samples , Report preparations.

-Online recording of Observations during In-process, Verification/ Checking of BMR.

-Should be aware of handling Deviations, Change Controls, OOS, CAPA.

COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

-Communication with seniors and colleagues of the department.

-Communication with the people of cross functions

-Communication through e-mails as and when required.

COMPETENCIES:

Conversant with the handling  of IPQA Instruments  ( Balances, DT, Friability, Hardness testers,  Vernier Calliper).

Knowledge of In-process Analysis / Finished Products / Process validation & Documentation activities.

Knowledge of QA documentation like on-line  data  entries in respective log-books, BMRs ,

Handling of Deviations, Change Control activities, OOS etc.

Working knowledge of computer ( MS Word, Excel, Oracle )
