Job Description:
- Revising and establishing a company's quality procedures, standards and specifications.
- Reviewing customer requirements and ensuring that they are met.
- Working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers.
- Defining quality procedures in coordination with operating staff.
- Approval of all written down procedures.
- Conducting Internal Audits.
- Handling Change control/Handling Deviations.
- Handling OOS Laboratory results.
- Chemist Validation.
- Ensure compliance and practices of cGMP.
- Preservation and control of Batch Manufacturing Records.
- Reviewing work done by other staff of the Quality Assurance/ Quality Control Department.
- Conducting SOP training to the staff and workers with the help of related department.
- Collecting information regarding products manufactured and getting it authorized from the technical team.
- Preparation of Product Trend.
- To review control sample records.
- To review calibration of instruments.
- To check precision in preparation of volumetric solution with analysis.
- To train QC chemist on GC and HPLC.
- To monitor daily log books.
- To review specifications of the product as per the method of analysis.
- Requirements Proven experience as a Quality Assurance.
- Aware of office management systems and procedures.
- Knowledge of all Documents/Records used in Quality Assurance Department.
- Proficiency in English.
- Knowledge about office gadgets and applications.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- M.Sc. Chemistry
- Having Minimum 5 to 10 Years of Experience.
- CTC:- Negotiable as per competence of the candidate.
