Execution Officer:
- Looking after the execution of NEEM Scheme
- Involves Recruitment of Trainees (10th/ 12th/ ITI/ Graduates) – mostly freshers and in a few cases experienced
- Initially working as a Supervisor for a Company and then looking after 8 to 10 Companies
- Recruiting and Leading a team of Supervisors (10 to 12)
- Retention Plans for Trainees
- Stipend Administration (Attendance, Invoicing, Deductions upto Accounts Transfer)
- Maintaining Master Data as per NEEM Guidelines
- Co-coordinating for conducting classes in various companies
- Recruitment Strategies and Implementation.
- Qualification: Any Degree
- Minimum 3 to 4 years’ experience
- Willing to travel on a daily basis (within City limits)
- Reporting to HR Manager stationed in Pune.
- Deliverables: Managing a Trainee Strength upto 1000.
- Ideal Candidate – from reputed Contract Labor Providers or from Mobilizers from Government Projects like DDUGKY
- Location - Gujarat ( Ahemadabad), MP ( Pithampur)
