Assistant Manager - NRI Client Sourcing
Job Description:
We have an urgent opening for the position of Assistant Manager – NRI Client Sourcing for a reputed company in Noida.
Responsibilities:
- Handle large amount of outbound calls
- Identify customers’ needs, take customer's information, align them with the sales team
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Requirement:
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Efficient in MS Excel
Experience: 6 months to 2 years
Salary Range: Between 1.80 LPA to 2.40 LPA
Incentives:
- If revenue is more than 1 Lac – 10,000 per sale
- If revenue is less than 1 Lac – 5,000 per sale
