Job Description:

Responsible for all Maintenance Function in the Plant

Day-to-day Planning of m/c Break Down maintenance & daily plan work

Total around 40+ Machine for mfg Of Auto Parts, Grinding & SPMs, and VMC HMC

Responsible for all Maintenance Function in the Plant including electrical, electronics

Leading team of Members more than 8 Engineer, 15 Technicians

Defining and Maintain the MTBF and MTTR Time as per Target.

Material planning and spares generation for Critical Machine, Planning for Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Routine (JH), Maintenance as per TPM Pillar.

Hands-on experience with SAP –PM module and Management Information System (MIS)

Material planning and spares generation for Critical Machine.

Day to day reporting regarding works - Plant Head, & Corporate plant

Successfully Refurbishment & Productionized all machine

Defining and Maintain the MTBF and MTTR Time as per Target.

Material planning and spares generation for Critical Machine, Planning for Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Routine (JH), Maintenance as per TPM Pillar.

Day to day reporting regarding works - Plant Head

New modification & Problem Solving of Hydraulic and Pneumatic

Maintenance of utility like Compressors and D.G. set.LT-HT station, MSEB Annual audit faced.

Troubleshooting of Electrical & Electronics (Fanuc, Siemens, Fager Control) 

Day to day reporting regarding works - Plant Head
